Is there anyway to get a replacement cell Phone from Sprint if I have no insurance?

I have a broken lcd display on my Samsung PM-A840. I have more than a year left on contract. How can I get them to replace or give me a deal on A Phone?

Call them let them know your screen is broken and ask to to replace the phone – they may without hesitation or try to get you to take a second line. Let them know if they will not replace your phone for free that you will change carriers – this usually scares them into giving them what you want, especially if you are a long standing customer – it worked for me. Also tell them if you feel it was defective when you got it
