What are the best Iphone/iPod touch apps, microphone related?

Basically I have just bought some ‘Apple Earphones with Remote and Mic’ for my 2nd Gen iPod touch and I was wondering what are the Best Apps you can use a mic with?
Ps – Yeah I do have WiFi!

The voice memo native app and any of the VoIP apps such as Skype and AIM.
