What would you recommend for A Pda/Pocket Pc/Internet Media Tablet?

I am currently looking to replace my iPod within the next year as it is about 4 years old lol. I currently have a Netbook but want something that will fit in my pocket for when I travel around Wi-Fi spots. I have been looking into PDA’s, Pocket Pc’s and IMT’s but haven’t been able to decide on anything. Any recommendations on brand and/or Model?
